As a supply SEND teaching assistant, your role is to provide support to students with special educational needs. You’ll collaborate with teachers and SEN specialists, adapt materials and activities, and implement strategies to accommodate students’ needs. Additionally, you’ll encourage inclusion and participation, monitor progress, and provide emotional support to foster a supportive learning environment.
