As a supply SEND learning support assistant, your role involves providing individualised support to students with special educational needs. You will likely be working on a 1-to-1 basis with a student. You will collaborate with teachers and SEN specialists, promote inclusion and social integration, monitor and assess student progress, and create a supportive learning environment.
