You will engage in regular CPD opportunities on a termly basis. So you can stay in the know and be confident and prepared for your roles in schools. You will also have regular catch ups with former educators who will be providing you with one-to-one advice and support.
SupplyWell offers continued professional development sessions throughout the year, available to all teachers, teaching assistants and cover supervisors. The sessions include online webinars on our online community platform ‘Teachers Matter’ and in-person events.
Our training partners SENDSCOPE offer accredited training for SupplyWell teaching assistants. The Continuing Professional Development training sessions on Special Educational Needs and Disability have been created to make the classroom the most inclusive environment possible for students.
